Soccer begins!

This is a rare shot of Ethan making a goal! He seemed to make quite few last year. This year he is out there smiling and either dancing around the group (pretending like he is trying really hard to get to the ball) or doing odd ninja moves. It is still entertaining to watch!

Thanksgiving point!

Nikki had the great idea of going out to thanksgiving point on $2 day! We had tons of fun! Thanks for the idea and the invite! This is just a hilarious moment we had with little miss Jada. We told everybody to run over and pose for a picture and this was Jada's pose. Ethan doesn't seem at all upset!

E on the horse striking Mylie's tilt head pose. I told him that it is cute for little girls to pose that way but that he should try out a new manly pose. We'll see what happens!

Mylie for the few seconds she sat on the horse.

Looking at ducks?

Some of the kids!

Dinner fun with our long time friends!

It was Nikki's 30th B day as well so we did a little celebration to welcome her to the club!

Most of the kiddos! Our group is rapidly expanding. It's best to have outside parties now!

Ethan's first day of his second year of preschool!

What a cutie! I cut his hair since this picture and I don't hardly recognize him!

The funny things Ethan says..............

I was reading Ethan stories last night, and the book we were reading was about how we lived in Heaven and then it came time for us to get bodies and go down to Earth to live. Ethan then turned to me with an angry look on his face and said, " I didn't want to go to Earth, I wanted to go to Carolina so that I could see Tanner, Kaden and Kali every day!" He is so funny some times. Then I tucked him into bed and went to rock Mylie to sleep. I always tell him not to come in because if Mylie sees him she thinks that it is time to play. A couple minutes later he came to the door and started opening it. I quickly shook my head and waved him away. He then sat down outside the door and started to cry. I felt bad so I told him to come in and tell what was wrong. He then said, "I was listening to a song in my room and it said that all of my dreams would come true!" I then asked him why that made him sad. He then told me he had bad dreams that he didn't want to come true! I assured him that it was only the good ones they were talking about. I love the funny things he says. I really need to write them down more often. Well, here's a start! This picture is just following this conversation. He was still nervous about the song and asked if he could stay in Mylies room while I got her to sleep. I told him yes only if he sat behind the chair so that Mylie didn't see him. This is how he fell asleep that night! What a cutie!

The group watching very old family movies on the make shift outdoor movie theater! It was way fun to see everybody so long ago. I especially like watching Jeff (about 10 at the time) singing and dancing for about 10 minutes straight while everybody wondered when it would end. I also enjoyed Melisa's song dance in a spandex red leotard to Micheal Jackson's "Beat It." GOOD TIMES!

Hanging out watching Mylie dance. She will dance anytime, anywhere as long as there is a beat! So cute!

Jeff gathering kids to see how many he can haul around at a time!

Mylie and cute little Audrey! Her little buddy of the trip.

My cute little girl!

Tasha, Ethan and Mylie

Bear Lake (trip #3)

This actually happened before Bear Lake but I'm adding it to my post. My cute neices Cassie and Mandi were down from Arizona so they came over to play with my kiddos and the Roarkies. They were all playing downstairs for quit some time when they all suddenly ran out the back door. I went out to see this. If you can't tell, Ethan is in the plastic bin. I asked them what they were doing and they said they were going to bury him in the sand! I'm glad this idea didn't go any further! Silly kids!

Hanging out in BL! The Roarkies were so nice to let E and Tay play their DS's. (is that what they're called?)

My mom found a frog and the kids couldn't stop touching it! Even Mylie! We finally had to let it go so it could have some peace and quiet!

Cute little froggy!

Lake Powell 2008!!!!

The Clark Family minus Kevo

Family Kayak ride!

Family picture! I don't know why we get one every year when we've been out in the elements without showering for a week!

The Roarkies Minus Kevo

Building forts out of boat mats is always a highlight of the yearly LP trip!

My handsome little man struting his stuff!

Daddy and Mylie moment on the Kayak

Kali was such a good little helper the whole time she was here! I think she had Mylie on her hip most of the time! Thanks Kals! Mylie misses you! (we all do)

Way cute moment with Jase and Tan! They both played with her for about a half an hour doing whatever she wanted to do. (that is along time considering it is two boys) Way to go! She loved being the center of attention!

This would have been way cute if the kids did normal smiles for the picture! Oh well, this is about as good as it got!

Another cute dad and mylie moment

Me and Mylie. She was such a cute little poser on this trip! Any time we told her to say cheese she would strike a pose, tilt her head and smile!

The cute boy cousins!

Ethan and his two big cousins. I'm so glad that he has two perfect, talented, handsome, intellegent, caring and loving cousins to look up to! Thanks boys! Keep up the good work!

All the Clark cousins thus far! (more soon to come)

Strike a pose girls!

Grandpa Tay and E driving the speedy boat! I don't know how my dad has the patience he does! He has single handedly taught all of my cousins and now all of the upcoming grandkids and neices and nephews grandkids to ski, knee board, and do just about anything else behind the boat. He also always lets the kids help drive! Thanks for the great trip dad! You will always be king of the slolem!

Beautiful sleeping baby!

My wonderful selfless dad stayed back at the boat to watch sleeping Mylie so that E, Jeff and I could hike up to the indian ruins! Thanks dad! Thank you also for the great vacation! I appreciate all the hard work and money spent to give us all this perfect vacation to look forward to each year! Thank you soooooo much! I love you!

Us (minus sleeping Mylie) at the indian ruins!

Ethan climbing out of the indian hut!

E and Tay being cute little indians!

Mom and My having fun on the beach! She enjoyed smearing mud on all of our knees for some odd reason!

After tricky cuteness!

My little Kayaker Man! He is growing up way too fast!

Having fun with dad in the beautiful LP!

Cute Picture!

My kidlets!

Mom and My on the boat!

E with his first attempt at skiing. "where did you go dad?" He did a great job! He jumped right into the water and got up right away. He didn't stay up very long because he kept jumping off the board. When he came out I asked him why he kept jumping off explaining to him that it was hard to get a good picture when he wasn't up for very long. He replied that it was because he wanted me to get a good picture of him diving off of the board to show his friends. Apparently, this was his goal!

More skiing attempts!

In the water with dads last minute instructions!

The Roarkies!

My little swimmer. I think he lived in the water most of the trip. I love whoever invented the life jacket!

My cutie striking another pose! I know there is lots of pictures of her on this post, but how can I not with such a cute smile!

Ethan can sleep anywhere, anytime no matter what is going on around him. We were trying to wake him up for dinner by letting Mylie hug and kiss him as much as she wanted to. It still didn't work!

Driving the houseboat with grandpa!
