Back home just in time for Christmas! Wahooo!

Well North Carolina was great fun! We loved seeing everybody again and seeing their house and school! It's always easier to picture the ones you miss after seeing their surroundings. After nearly 10 hours of traveling via car, plane, sprinting by foot to catch a connecting flight, (with a sleeping Ethan, holding Mylie, and carrying a little too much luggage) plane and car again we finally made it home! It really was a miracle! The second flight we caught had some stand by passengers that didn't even make it on! They must of felt sorry for us seeing that we were dripping with sweat and carrying two kids and all of our luggage on Christmas Eve. Whatever it was, I'm glad it worked. We got on the plane about 5-10 minutes before take off and they even some how managed to transfer all of our luggage to this flight that we weren't even listed on!

Jeff surprised me by finally finishing Mylie's bedroom. We have been trying to find time to do this since she was born! Yea! He also cleaned the entire house including bathrooms, laundry and vacuuming! What a good man!

Mylie surrounded by her Christmas presents! She looks a little stunned!

Ethan and his pile of fun! He was most excited that he got dragons, dinosaurs and elephants (exactly what he asked for) He also loved his race car ramp and remote control tractor!

Ethan has been looking forward to an army guy B-day party ever since his last B-day party. So we decided it would be fun to surprise him with an army outfit! I also found a matching army outfit for his dog at all a dollar!

Frazier side Jammie picture (given to the kids by G-ma Frazier) with cousins from out of town. Ethan loved playing with Cassie, Mandi, and Tasha! I don't remember seeing him much while they were here!

Clark side Jammie picture! Ethan is not so thrilled this time about getting his picture taken. My mom's tradition is to give all the kids new P.J.'s on Christmas Eve to wear for Christmas.
(She did this when we were little too) The kids all love it and put them on immediately every year. What a fun tradition! Thanks Mom!

And even more fun times in NC (Fort Macon)

Mylie taking a drum lesson from Mim!

Ethan got some dragons from Kim and family. He loved it!

Fort Macon was really neat! I loved all the brick and how all the pictures turned out! I could have taken pictures there all day!

Cute boy in a cute brick arch how fun!

All of us on a cannon! That's safe right?

Thanks Roarkies that was a great trip! Thanks for taking us to see all the sights! And thank you especially for letting us stay with you and taking such good care of us! We love you and miss you already!

More good times at NC on Atlantic Beach!

Mylie loved hanging out in the sand and she only tried to eat it a couple times!

All the kiddos!

Ethan trying to build a snowman!

Kevo being his crazy self! I finally got the perfect picture that captured his feminine jump over the waves!

Digging holes! I love the houses and fences in the background! (And of course the cute kids!)

Etha didn't want his pants rolled up but he hates to get them dirty so this was his solution even while walking around!

What a handsome boy!

Running from the waves! He loved it at the time but he didn't sleep very well that night and kept asking me if the waves could reach him at
mimmy's house!

Buddies on the beach!

Fun with pretzels! Give a bunch of kids pretzels on a two hour ride to the beach and see what happens!

River Park North? (Again....this is where I think I was)

Mylie is awake and insisted on being carried this way! I think that she liked looking at the leaves on the ground.

She loves being outside and touching anything new!

All of us sitting on an elephant foot (as Kim called it)

We contemplated leaving her there for an minute. She didn't seem to mind!

More elephant feet!

Effers on a path! Enjoying some alone time or possibly just avoiding getting his picture taken again!

Riding a dino! Ethan thought he was in Heaven!

To North Carolina and Back!

E and My on the plane. Mylie's first plane ride!

My having fun with Grandma! My mom came with us and was a great help with the kids. I couldn't have done it without her! Thanks Mom!

Mylie cuddling with Kevin in Kali's cuddle spot!

Tanner and Kaden made hats for everybody! What cute kids!

Taking a walk in Washington? (Right Kim?) I can't ever remember where I've been or where I'm going for that matter! Way fun though!

A way cool tree!

A train in the middle of a field. Ethan thought Christmas came early!

Tub Time! Don't worry they all have swimsuits on! :)

Mylie with her hair laying down! The humidity totally tamed her hair!

My funny little E!

So yesterday we went out to dinner and on the way back to the car Jeff and Ethan had this conversation;
Jeff: "Ethan you need to put your hood on before you go outside"
Ethan: "Why Dad"
Jeff: "Because it's cold outside and most of your body heat escapes out of your head"
Ethan: "Oh"

Moments later..............
Ethan : "Uh oh Dad look, I see the air coming out of my head!" (He was breathing in the cold
air so he could see his breath! Love that boy, he always keeps me laughing!

Mylie (favorite moments of my day)

I love to look at Mylie's feet while she nurses or sleeps on my lap. This is what I see!

Mylie likes to peek under her bumper pad and squeel while she waits for me to make an appearance! I love when she greets me like this so happy to see me!

F.H.E./ F.U.N.

Ethan loves F.H.E! He especially likes to pick the Song (always Jingle Bells) and lead while we sing! On this particular night he had to wear this tube on his head. He is always making us laugh!

Christmas Clothes (take one)

This is the only picture out of about 30 that looked cute! I love trying to get both kids smiling at the same time! That's why I have labeled this entry as take one! More will come hopefully with better results!

So cute! I love her smile! She greets me with this smile every time I see her!

Mylie finally crawled a week and a half ago on Sunday! She did a little crawl at home getting ready for church and then crawled all the way up to Jeff on the stand at church! Now she is everywhere! I love it!

Such a pouty but cute picture. I had to add it!
