Pumpkin Carving!

Mylie just stood there and poked holes in her pumpkin the whole time Jeff and Ethan were carving their pumpkins!

The final outcomes! Ethan wanted his to have spooky eyes all over it. He drew a picture on a paper for Jeff to look at. I must say he did well copying Ethan's design. Mylie helped pop out the eyes and the face has some slight trauma to it but she was happy with the result :)

All lit up! Great job everybody! (If you look closely you can see some of the many holes mylie poked into her pumpkin.)

Ethan and his cast!

Ethan is so proud of his green cast. His favorite color has always been blue, so I just assumed that would be his color choice. When I asked him what color he wanted he kept saying purple! I didn't really want to tell him that was kind of a girly color but I also didn't want somebody else to tell him after the cast was on and then be stuck with it for four weeks! Finally, he changed his mind the day he got his cast on that he wanted green! He then tells me it is Kate's favorite color. Kate is one of his friends that we walk to school with. I think there is a small crush forming. How cute is that!

Family pics!

We thought we would take some family photos so that we could capture how we were right before we expanded our family! Here goes.......we had lots of melt downs by the kids and A LOT of frustration from the adults but we did manage some cute ones. (Although, we both promised each other we would hire somebody next time :) Hope you're ready Jase! Here is Ethan, what a handsome little man he is! It is so fun to watch him grow up. He is so good with Mylie most of the time and loves to help us with anything. He is loving kindergarten so far and is doing fantastic. He is reading lot's of words and is enjoying it. He especially likes when Jeff and I are trying to talk in code by spellling certain words in our conversation and he knows what we are talking about! Not fun for us! :)

Cute brother/sister moment. They are both so excited about the baby. They always give my belly kisses and tell her they love her.

My Mylie is getting so big. She is also so smart! I love that if I make any sound of discomfort she will run over and kiss me. If we are in the car she will say, "I will kiss you after we get home mom" What a cutie. She also apologizes any time she thinks that I might be even slightly displeased with her!

Posing like a dancer!

Silly faces!

My cute family!

Dad and Mylie. She loves her dad so much. We have to call him often during the day if she is sad or has hurt herself. She just likes to tell him, then lets him go about his day.

Me Mylie and baby sis! No name yet, any suggestions?

Just me and my big girl!

E and My showing off their Baby!

Girl totem pole :)

Cuties! I love when they will pose together! I am not looking forward to trying to pose three kids together!

Dad and E being tough guys!

Hopefully last prego picture! We are scheduled to be induced on November 4th! Oh happy day!

Scarecrow Festival!

Arriving at the Scarecrow festival! The kids were way excited to see all the "spookies" and to watch their friends Jada, Kaelyn, Kira and Kelsey perform their dances! Thanks Mo for inviting us! Way to go girls you all did fabulous! Ethan was way impressed with "Miss Mo" that she had taught all the girls their dances and asked me if she was "like the queen of dance."

My pumpkins in a pumpkin!

Posing as pirates! Well Ethan is, Jeff is laughing too hard to look piratey!

Doing their best shark impressions!

Don't ask me why Ethan is laying under the wheels.

Dad and My hanging out in jail and apparently happy about it.

Mylie on her horse!

Ethan on his horse! Thanks again Mo that was a great and much needed outing!

Pumpkin Patch!

We finally made it to a pumpkin patch this year! I really didn't know if we were going to make it! It was way fun and yes we got to enjoy Hunter's company again. You will also notice in the picture that Ethan broke his arm yet again. This time, it was the same arm but the radius and ulna in his lower arm instead! Poor kid! We were playing at the park with Tayler and Grandma and Grandpa Clark and Ethan fell off a ladder that was about 5-6 feet off the ground. I pretty much new immediately that he broke it again. It was still a great day to go to the park! :) This is his temporary hard splint and sling until the swelling goes down.

Mylie enjoying the maze with cousin Tasha!

Playing hide-and-go-seek with Jeff in the maze.

Wagon rides! Nice face My!

Mylie showing off her pumpkin!

Sniffy with the pumpkins! I will have to do a sniffy post someday and just show all the pictures of Mylie doing sniffy in various places. I love it!

Cute kids!

All the cousins that were able to come. Thanks everybody!

Kites!

Jeff had the great idea to fly kites this day! It was VERY windy! The string broke on the kites several times including one time where Ethan's kite flew into our neighbors circle! I ran to get it before it blew too far away, Ethan was crying, and I nearly went into labor trying to rescue the darn thing! Next time we will have to order less wind and back-up kites! Here is Mylie so proud of her barbie kite way up high!

Ethan before the near loss of his spider man kite!

Good job kiddos! With the high winds I was seriously afraid that our kids may take flight with their kites! That was a great idea! Thanks Dad!

Campfires with Dad!

I know this picture is kind of dark but it was oh so cute! This is one of Jeff and Ethan's favorite things to do together. Mylie and I usually join in too but she was already asleep for the night so we stayed in.

Park City for Labor Day

Grandma Frazier had the great idea to go to PC for Labor Day. We had tons of fun! Hunter (cousin) even got to come which made Ethan very happy! Thanks for the great idea and the rides Grandma!

Mylie enjoying her ride on the animal of her choice the "chicken"

Cute smile!

Mylie and I braved the alpine slide together! It was so much fun! She loved it, although she kept getting mad at me because there were various bugs on the slide and I wouldn't stop to let her hold them!

My handsome boy ready for a race! Jeff went down with him so I don't know why he wasn't in the picture.

Enjoying ice cream at the end of a fun day! What could be better? Thanks again Grandma!

Random moments in our lives..........

One of the first days of school. Shortly after we drop Ethan off each day Mylie asks "where did my Bubby go"? You would think that walking him to school and saying good-bye to him would give her a clue :) It is cute that she misses him and she is always happy to go pick him up.

Mylie wanted to wear a pretty dress and have me take a picture! I hope this lasts!

This was Ethan's idea! We all had to dress up like Pteradactyls (sp?) and fly around the backyard. And yes, I was one too. What were the neighbors thinking that day?

Making scary dinosaur sounds! And Mylie was in clothes at one point during the day, although she almost always gets back into jammies somehow!

Jylaire had the great idea to take all the kids to Mrs. Cavanaugh's! We were quite the herd! I'm sure they will stop public tours after our visit. The kids loved it! Thanks Jylaire!

Watching a movie on how their candy is made. Look how well mannered the kids are :)

Mylie enjoying her free chocolate sample.

Ethan had asthma issues the other day which required a nebulizer treatment. Mylie had to join in on the fun! Good thing we had two "elephant trunks" and for those who are wondering, her mask is hooked up to the couch!

The other day we were at a restraunt and Ethan saw a no smoking sign. The kind with the circle around a cigarette and a line through it. He asked what it was and we told him. A couple days later he created this sign for his door. It is a girl with a circle around her and a line through it to ward off all the girls trying to enter his room! (or more specifically his sister) :) What a cutie!

This is why I shouldn't talk on the phone when Ethan has friends over and their little cute imaginations are running wild! As I walked down our hall, I noticed that the linen closet was open and pretty much completely empty. This is a rather large linen closet with every towell, sheet, pillowcase, tablecloth, and many of the blankets that I own. I then walked into Ethan's bedroom to find this! The kids were trying to build a fort. Seeing that they didn't have the proper things in his room to hold up the walls, they thought it would be appropriate to just get as many things in there as possible to make walls. Oh the horror! It took me and my neighbor and friend Tasha over an hour to fold everything again. Thanks Tash! On a more possitive note, my linen closet has never looked more straight and organized!

Mylie thinks it is funny that she can give me a hug around my legs and completely disappear under my belly! Yes, this is my belly and yes, you can't see my toes!

Peek-A-Boo!

This is my little fashion queen. She loves to find lot's of "pretty" things and put them all on! Ethan also likes to dress her up in everything he can find. This one was all her though! What a cutie!
