Wheeler Farm

Mylie in a tree!

E in a tree!

Both kids in a tree moments before Ethan fell to the ground!

Mylie loves going on field trips with her brother. This one was to Wheeler Farm. I haven't been there since I was a kid. Fun but stinky!

Ethan has been so happy to have his buddy Mason in his preschool class this year!

Cute kids. They played in this wagon and in the tree house most of the time! What animals?

Mylies first horsey ride! She was so scared at first but wanted to do it so bad that she finally got on! I was so proud of her! And I'm glad she did it quickly so that we could get away from the scary horse guide!

E on a horse! He loves riding horses and always has to ride the biggest one available!

Mylie posing so pretty!

Cute kids driving the tractor!

I love that he will smile somewhat normally almost everytime I ask him to. I know it won't last forever but atleast we will get some cute shots!

E was very impressed with the big tire!

Mylie loved the chickens, turkeys, ducks, roosters, and geese the best. Any time she saw any of them she would say, "mom, I want to hold it a chicken." I really think she would have too if I let her!

I love when he holds her hand when she is nervous about something! What a good big brother!

Ethan's preschool class. Nobody was very cooperative for this picture as you can see!

We had lots of fun at the farm!

Just a couple of cute kids!

So I followed Kim's lead this year and told the kids that all I wanted for my birthday was to take pictures of Ethan and Mylie. All though I had to remind them of this about 1000 times during the pictures, it worked!

Mylie loving her "bubby"

Ethan loving his "My my"

My handsome 5 year old. I can't believe he goes to kindergarten next year! Time flies!

They are so cute together and actually play good together most of the time!

Handsome E!

Beautiful My!

The Race for the Cure!

Well we enjoyed our 5th year at the race for the cure! I think I got my best time ever at 1 hour and 7 minutes! I'm really kidding. Usually Jeff pushes the kids in the stroller and I run a lot before in preparation for the race and try to do my best that day. Well, this year I decided to let Jeff run it seeing that I was in no condition to run. I hadn't ran in a really long time I was about 13 weeks pregnant and not feeling all that great. So instead I walked pushing a sleeping Ethan in the stroller and holding Mylie on my hip and shoulders the majority of the time. I'm so glad that I had the company and help of my mom and my aunt Shannon! Still, it did take us that long and it was not easy. I almost wonder if it would have been easier to run it! Well, mom and Shannon get ready to run the race next year!

We had to take two pictures because we didn't have everybody there at the same time. We also recruited Tasha to run with us this year! I only saw her before the race and we forgot to take a picture. I called her when I still had a mile left to go and she had finished the race in 28 minutes, walked to her car, and was almost home. (see if we invite you again show-off:) Anyway, Jeff also did really good with a time of 23 minutes! He is amazing. The top three were Brandon with 19 minutes, Jason (also a new recruit) at 21 minutes, and then Jeff at 23 minutes! I think I remembered the times right! Correct me if I'm wrong! Way to go guys!

Us at the end! Yes Ethan slept the whole race and for about 20 minutes after! It was really loud too, but that kid could sleep through anything!

Soccer comes and goes!

Soccer this year was crazy! I think atleast two of the games were rained out, atleast one conflicted with T-ball and we had to leave early and we missed the last one due to a father and sons camp-out!

A rare shot of Ethan kicking the ball! He really just likes to be there. He usually runs and keeps up with the herd but rarely exerts himself enough to actually make contact with the ball. Oh well, he looks cute doing it and is happy about it!

T-Ball!

Ethan is having a great time doing T-Ball for the first time this year. He really loves it and gets into it by cheering on his teammates and staying focused most of the time! Here he is running the bases. This is his favorite thing to practice!

Cute boy ready to run. He likes to look over to the crowd to make sure his very supportive Grandma is watching!

Ready to bat. Look at that determination!

Running the ball. I'm sure he totally got the guy out that time:)

Ready to catch!

Batter up!

Done with Shots!

Here is my very full sharps container. It was even hard to fit the last few needles into the bin! It's a great day when I can get this lovely thing out of my kitchen and out of my nightly routine!

Top view! We officially ended shots on April 14th. It was a great celebration I had on my own. The kids and Jeff were all sleeping (due to Jeff's jet lag from his trip). I gave myself my last shot and then celebrated by watching one of my shows on TV! Oh happy day! I am now nearly 15 weeks pregnant and will be going to the docters on wednesday to see if all is well and hopefully find out what we are having. This is the same appointment as last time when I found out that I miscarried. Needless to say, I am very anxious and nervous about this appoinment!

Easter

Easter Egg Hunt fun with friends!

Jeff's trip to Asia

So at the end of March, for two weeks, Jeff had the amazing oppurtunity to travel to Asia! He got to go to Tokyo, Japan, Seoul, Korea, and Hong Kong, China! He had a great time and brought back lots of fun presents for the kids. This is Mylie in her way cute jammies! I have tried to get Jeff to do this update since he has been back but I doubt it will happen, so here goes nothing! He may have to fill in the blanks later, I can't remember all the details or which temple is which!

Another cute pic of Mylie. She insisted on standing on the dart board for this one :)

Jackie Chan!

A dragon picture for Ethan!

A spiderman picture for Ethan!

This is gross, I know. Don't look too close if you are easily disgusted. This is just one of the nasty foods they love to eat. Head and all!

Jeff said they had several walkways like this to climb up the mountains. Apparently they don't like to hike on the rugged terrain?

An LDS church!
