Swim lessons!

Ethan got to try out swim lessons for the last two weeks. He did it with "his best friend and future wife" (as he says) Jada. They were the only two kids in the class. Ethan loved his teacher Nate and also referred to him as his best friend. Nate was very good with the kids and always came over to us after to let us know how they did. This was a lot of fun although we are hoping for no signs of crytospyrydium! YUCK!

Ethan passed level I swim lessons and is now ready for level II! Good job little buddy!

Family projects and family pics!

My beautiful Mylie ready for church! She is 6 months old now, I can hardly believe it!

We hauled this sand in for our new play ground. One day we will find enough strong men to move the play ground into the sand! Anyone in need of a service project?

Our new fire pit and retaining wall. This was about 10 hours of wheelbarrowing dirt from the street to the back of our yard! Jeff and I did most of it until we hired Tanner, Kaden, and the Malan boys to shovel dirt into the wheelbarrows. We wouldn't have made it if it wasn't for them and of course Kim who took complete care of Ethan and Mylie all day (minus the nursing) :) Thanks everybody! We will show you pictures of the finished product when we get the energy and time to put the base in!

Snuggle time! Mylie loves Ethan more than anybody. She laughs and everything he does and loves any attention he gives to her. They are so cute together! Sometimes I can't get either one to go to sleep at night because they are laughing so hard at each other!

Mylie started eating rice cereal and loved it from the first bite! The Roarks were here and got to feed her her first bites!

A great attempt at a cute grandchildren picture. 4 out of 6 isn't took bad right?

Our whole family together one last time before the Roarks leave us once again for North Carolina! It was great having you stay with us! Come again soon!

Lots of fun in the fabulous Lake Powell! Thanks Mom and Dad!

Family tube ride in Lake Powell. Even Mylie got in on the action!

Boogie Board Battle! Guess who won? Well, since I am the blogger........I did of course!

The noodle was a great source of entertainment at Lake Powell for Mylie!

Dad and Mylie relaxing on the beach!

Jason caught in a rain storm and apparently doing nothing about it!

Who said your body goes down hill after 30. Check out that physique! Sorry for the embarrassment Jeff. We loved spending time with you!

All of us loving the Lake! It was nice and warm in the water, even Mylie liked it.

Mylie sleeping and flashing gang signs (or I love you signs)!

Ethan played on the sand and rocks a lot of the time! He had so much fun! I am always amazed at his imagination and how creative he can be!

Me and Mylie on the Kayak! This is a great way to get kids to take a nap!

Kim................looking way to cute to be several days into a Lake Powell trip!

Everybody loves to drive the house boat!

Ethan looks like he is ready for some fun!

The 4rth and 24th of July! (and a couple random pics)

We went to the Beez Baseball game for the 24th of July. Tanner and Kaden love baseball and this is what they wanted to do. Jeff wanted to go to the Reall Soccer game but decided to go to the Beez to spend more time with the kiddos. The fireworks were cancelled at the Soccer game and were excellent at the Baseball game so we were glad we went there instead. Thanks Roarkies!

Hanging out at the baseball game!

Ethan looking cute and loving hanging out with the kiddos!

We went to Eaglewood for the 4th of July fireworks. We do this every year and it is one of my favorite holidays and things to do! We had so much fun. I'm glad the Roarks were here to enjoy it with us. It wouldn't have been the same without them!

Ethan loves his Grandma Clark and doesn't let her spend a second alone when she is around!

All of us at the fireworks! Mylie even loved them for her first time. She sat on her Grandpa Clark's lap most of the time and watched!

Cute kids hanging out!

Catching Up!

Well, I am back and ready to blog! Sorry to any of you (Lynette) who keep checking for updates to my blog just to be disappointed once again. Well here goes. We had a great visit with Kim and the Kids! I felt like we were running the whole time trying to do everything and see everybody and I think that we did just about that! It was great fun and I am soooooooooo glad that they got to stay at our house! Ethan loves his cousins and can't stop taking about them!

Everybody loved meeting Mylie for the first time!

Ethan and Kali were best buds most of the time!

The Uintahs at Lily Lake!

Jeff and Ethan just got done fishing at Lily Lake

All of the kids (minus the three babies) at Lily Lake

What Mylie thought of her first camping experience!

Some of the kids having fun!

The two five year olds on the trip liked to pretend that they were the mom and dad and that all the other kids were their children. This entertained all of the kids for hours! I love it when that happens!

This is our wonderful little Ethan throwing one of his many tantrums that he loves to do lately. I thought I would take a picture and show him how rediculous it looks. He just thought it was funny and told me he was sad because he needed his smarshfellows (marshmellows) This was actually why he was throwing a fit. I can't believe he still remembers, what a stubborn little bugger he is!

Much happier after the marshmellows appeared!

Ethan's first fishing experience with his dad who let him fall in the Lake! This is how he came back to camp, wet up to his armpits bottomless and in his rainboots. What mom wouldn't take a picture?

Ethan all geared up to go on a four-wheeler ride! Cool dude!

Me and the girls went on a moms only 4-wheeler ride in the uintahs! It was great fun! We found a baby deer badly injured on the trail. Two of the girls I was with fed it water and lifted it to a safer location up the hill so it wouldn't get ran over. It was very sad!

Jeff and Paul with the babies during the mom's 4-wheeler ride! Good job dads!

Ethan ready to fish. Obviously before the tumble into the Lake!

This is what happens when you set up your shade and then find a better location!

My cute kids!

Dad and Mylie, being cute!
